Cherone Odellas is a dedicated youth development professional, licensed Life, Health, and Annuities Insurance Professional, mental health advocate, life coach, and military veteran committed to empowering individuals and families to achieve personal growth, financial security, and lifelong success. Through a unique blend of counseling, coaching, financial education, faith-based guidance, and leadership experience, she helps clients navigate life's challenges while building confidence, resilience, and purpose.

Cherone earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Health Promotions and Life Coaching from Liberty University, followed by a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Old Testament Studies and Life Coaching. She is currently pursuing a Master of Education in School Counseling at Bowie State University, further expanding her expertise in student development, mental health support, academic success, and family engagement.

As a certified Youth Mental Health First Aid professional, Cherone is trained to recognize, understand, and respond to mental health challenges affecting adolescents and young adults. Her passion for mentorship and advocacy enables her to provide meaningful guidance and support to individuals facing social, emotional, educational, and personal challenges.

In addition to her work in human services, Cherone is licensed to offer life insurance, health insurance, and annuity products. She is passionate about helping individuals and families make informed decisions regarding financial protection, healthcare planning, income security, and retirement preparedness. Through education and personalized solutions, she empowers clients to protect what matters most while creating a foundation for long-term financial well-being.

Cherone proudly served her country in both the United States Marine Corps and the United States Army. During her military service, she worked as a Distribution Management Specialist and later as a Religious Affairs Specialist, developing expertise in leadership, logistics, communication, crisis support, teamwork, and servant leadership. These experiences strengthened her commitment to helping others overcome adversity while fostering personal growth and community connection.

As a member of Anderson Consultants, LLC, Cherone supports youth development initiatives, workforce readiness programs, mental wellness education, life coaching services, leadership development, financial literacy, and family support programs. Her unique combination of human services expertise and financial services knowledge allows her to address the whole person—helping clients strengthen their emotional, educational, spiritual, and financial well-being.
