Gerald D. Anderson, Sr. is an accomplished operations executive, strategic leader, and workforce development professional with more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in utility operations, customer service, project management, and organizational leadership. Throughout his distinguished career, he has earned a reputation for developing high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing complex, large-scale operations.

Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University and has spent more than two decades in leadership roles with one of the nation's premier utility providers. His expertise spans gas and electric operations, strategic planning, budget administration, customer service excellence, contractor management, safety compliance, infrastructure development, and organizational performance improvement.

As a senior operations leader, Gerald has successfully managed multimillion-dollar operational budgets, directed large cross-functional teams, and overseen critical infrastructure projects that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient utility services.
