Renee Anderson, M.A.T.

Renee Anderson is a dedicated educator, behavioral support specialist, and human services professional with more than 25 years of experience serving children, individuals with disabilities, and families through education, behavioral intervention, and person-centered support services. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping individuals reach their fullest potential by fostering environments that promote learning, independence, inclusion, and personal growth.

Renee holds dual Master of Arts in Teaching degrees from Liberty University in Elementary Education and Special Education (K–12), along with a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies from Andersonville Theological Seminary. Her extensive academic preparation is complemented by nationally recognized credentials in child development and specialized training in exceptional education, behavior management, curriculum development, and individualized instruction.

Her professional experience spans public education, special education, behavioral intervention, early childhood development, and executive administration. She has served as a Special Education Teacher, Behavior Specialist, Executive Assistant, Teacher Assistant, and Special Needs Instructional Assistant, working collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized strategies that promote academic achievement, positive behavior, and social-emotional development.

In addition to her educational background, Renee has over four years of experience as a Sponsored Residential Provider, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a person-centered home environment. She is passionate about empowering individuals to increase their independence, develop daily living skills, achieve personal goals, and actively participate in their communities while ensuring their health, safety, dignity, and overall quality of life.

As a consultant with Anderson Consultants, LLC, Renee brings expertise in special education, behavioral support, human development, person-centered planning, family engagement, caregiver support, and developmental disability services. Her compassionate, solutions-focused approach enables her to collaborate effectively with families, schools, service providers, and community organizations to create meaningful opportunities for growth and success.
